By accessing or using the TextComps service ("Service"), operated by Slarom LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is available to users who are at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States.
TextComps is an SMS-based card comp service that provides sports card pricing data, including estimated sold ranges, buyer true totals (shipping, marketplace/auction fees, and taxes), and seller net estimates. The Service is designed for use by vendors and buyers at conferences, trade shows, and similar events.
TextComps provides pricing estimates only. Comp data is based on recent market activity and is not a guarantee of any card's actual value, sale price, or future market performance.

Plan changes from monthly or annual to daily take effect at the end of the current prepaid period. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
TextComps may offer coupon codes or promotional offers subject to their own terms. Codes cannot be combined, resold, or applied retroactively. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
By subscribing, you consent to receive text messages from TextComps. Opt out any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Opt-In Disclosure for full details.
TextComps is not responsible for SMS delays or failures caused by your carrier or network conditions.
Use the Service only for obtaining card comp data. Do not resell or redistribute data, reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, use it unlawfully, provide false information, or share credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content, branding, software, and data is owned by Slarom LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or current.
Slarom LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to TextComps in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slarom LLC from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Sections 7–10 survive termination.
Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance via SMS or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governed by the laws of Louisiana. Disputes resolved in St. Tammany Parish courts.
