How TextComps collects, uses, and protects your information.
TextComps is a service of Slarom LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company based in Pearl River, Louisiana.
We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the Service.

We do not collect: location data, browsing history, contacts, or any data from your device beyond what you send us via SMS or enter on our website.
We use your information to provide comp results, process payments, send transactional SMS, improve the Service, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.
Stripe — payment processing. Twilio — SMS delivery. Railway — infrastructure hosting (no direct access to your data).
We may share information if required by law. We never sell your personal information.
Account information is retained while active. SMS message content is retained up to 90 days, then deleted. Billing records are retained as required by tax law (typically 7 years). Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days except where retention is legally required.
We use encrypted transmission (TLS/HTTPS), secure database storage, and access controls. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data; opt out of SMS (reply STOP); or request a portable copy of your data. Contact us below — we respond within 30 days.
TextComps is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We use only essential cookies for authentication and sessions. No advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party scripts.
Material changes communicated at least 15 days in advance via SMS or email.
